The MBA CLUB together with Stewart Ford would like to offer MBA alumni and students help in improving their English, but not in a typical language school way.

The classes will take place every week on Wednesday at 18:00 by 19:30 by June 2012. Each class can accommodate only 6 people thus to give everyone a chance a persone may come to every other classes in general. Enrollment will be done via a private event at 

What makes these lessons different is that we prepare individuals so that they can take advantage of Open Educational Resources (OER). OER are not just resources, they form part of a movement that wants to make good quality content free and open to all. This has to a degree been achieved, which is great. Wonderful courses like the ones from Yale (see http://oyc.yale.edu/) or MIT (see http://ocw.mit.edu) can be accessed by people like you and I. However, the university material lacks two things: assessment (nobody will grade your examination papers) and a community.

Open Learning Poznan and, to a lesser extent, Master English are attempting to create communities of learners: places where people can go to discuss the content. We are in a way completing this content.
